History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a brown coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His head has been shaved. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: This malnourished man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. His golden hair is knotted and matted. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a Map Maker soon after.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Courier. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theodoric embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Layabout profession.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.
