History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Robert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small plains village. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Robert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Server for the past few years.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anthony fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
