Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Gifted from a young age, Chad studied abroad. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out.
