His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
