History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by drow. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against drow

He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
