History: Solomon was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the east to a Healer, Drogo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
