In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gomory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Gerard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gerard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
