Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
