Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Armorer who has hired him part-time. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
