History: Born in the east to a Unemployed, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Slave Trader mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern
