Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he desires power and/or immortality
