Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Charles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Charles's homeland. Charles decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures.
