History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
