Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Everard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and revenge

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Gifted from a young age, Arnold studied abroad. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
