History: Hugh was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
