Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Arnold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Arnold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Arnold and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Percival was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
