Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a red shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has moderate length white hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Conrad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
