Solomon Shelley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Solomon began to lead the lost caravan. Adelard Blyth, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This tall, slender man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Gilbert Shelby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and expand his business
Ideals: Persistence, Logical. Flaws: Ugly, Insane. Bonds: Poor, Job. Occupation: Cartwright
