His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Lance was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longbow use. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
