Personality: Norman hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Adam is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Adam lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
