Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again.
