Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Thomas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He stands about 6'4" and wears bulky black painted plate armor. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
