Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He has taken up work as a Cartwright and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

He has worked as a Hunter like his mother before him.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
