History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Geoffrey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Theobald will drive conversation. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Aldous enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
