History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bowyer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
