Description: He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longsword, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. He has wavy red hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by his family

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a crush on the local weaver
