History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Bernard was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mercenary. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Randal is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Barrister father left him crippled. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and doesn't want to be a doctor and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Interpreter. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Diggory was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
