The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gunter took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
