He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born into a rich family. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
