Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Chad was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
