He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Reynard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Reynard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Reynard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
