He has been working here for the past few years.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Jeweler and found it very stressful. He has taken up work as a Jeweler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A freak accident while working with his Actor mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miner and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
