Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Randal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Barrister. He tends to his Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
