He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Rolf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rolf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
