Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is dressed in earthy colors with a black and green handkerchief worn on his right side. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is silver and very short. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: To protect his home; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's in love

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new fisher responsibilities is difficult

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a yellow coat. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
