Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
