History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Patrick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Patrick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
