History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A freak accident while working with his Sellsword mother left him crippled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Through the years after Kyle was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kyle's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
