Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze, and he perpetually has his glaive ready. His hair is cut close to his head. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He usually wears his brown robe and has his axe always slung over his shoulder. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His ears are large.
Personality: He is a Healer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Healer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Healer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Healer responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'4" and prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. During his travels, John and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, John discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. John fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often
