History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bricklayer profession.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He tends to his Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
