History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Courier. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His tied-back hair is blonde. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Ralf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Tim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He carries with him a set of greatswords on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cook business.

History: Born to a Stylist, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Geoffrey was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Baker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
