Personality: Patrick is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his youth he was a Mortician, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this southern man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a violet tunic with black highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His head has been shaved. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired him part-time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and expand his business

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a worn and beaten armor. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Painter who has hired him part-time. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he would like to get married and retire
