Cory Harley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
Ideals: Impeccable, Logical. Flaws: Fearful, Insane. Bonds: Attractive. Occupation: Priest

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
