After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: He was born into a rich family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
