History: Born in the west to a Laborer, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
