History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Roland abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Dilettante again; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
