When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Chad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Hunter hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When William reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
