History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Aldous was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Aldous's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mercenary profession.

History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Ernest was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to be a mercenary again
