To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
