Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Simon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Simon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
